RELIGIOUS WOUNDS GROUP
Religious Wounds Process Group for Adults
Facilitated by Jesse Fister, PhD | Hosted by Riverbed Psychology
Each week, 4–8 participants meet for 90 minutes to share, reflect, and support one another. The group focuses on healing the wounds of religious or spiritual harm, rebuilding trust in oneself and others, and discovering new ways to live with authenticity and purpose.
- Have experienced pain, alienation, or disillusionment in religious or spiritual contexts.
- Feel ongoing but not acute distress related to faith or meaning.
- Are emotionally stable and seeking connection, growth, and integration.
Cost: $215 per month (approximately $50 per session).
About Dr. Fister:
Dr. Fister holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a leading center for Jungian and depth-oriented studies. He also earned a Masters in Transpersonal Studies, which included a Spiritual Guidance Mentorship Training (SGMT) certificate, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Becoming a Teacher of Finding Your Mission in Life. His work bridges psychology and spirituality with sensitivity, care, and a deep respect for people and the earth.
